About these terms
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Master English Australia may update the website and these terms when services or legal requirements change.
Educational information
Our website and courses provide English-language education and test preparation. They do not provide migration, legal, medical or financial advice. Test, visa, university and registration requirements can change, so important decisions should be checked with the relevant official organisation or a suitably qualified adviser.
No guaranteed score
We provide teaching, practice and feedback, but cannot guarantee a particular test score, visa outcome, admission decision, registration result or employment outcome. Results depend on factors including starting level, attendance, practice, test-day performance and the rules of external organisations.
Prices, enrolment and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Current availability, payment dates, inclusions and any course-specific conditions will be confirmed before enrolment. Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal. Bank transfers require staff confirmation before paid access is granted.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation, transfer, rescheduling and refund conditions that apply to a course or private lesson will be provided before purchase. Those specific terms form part of your enrolment agreement and take priority if they differ from this general page.
Accounts and learning tools
You are responsible for keeping account credentials private and for information submitted through your account. Access is personal and must not be shared, resold, copied in bulk or used to interfere with the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect students, content or systems.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Master English owns or licenses the website design, lessons, explanations, exercises, downloads and other original content. Personal study use is permitted. Republishing, selling, scraping or distributing substantial parts of the content without written permission is not permitted.
External services and links
The website may use or link to services provided by Microsoft, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, PayPal and other organisations. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Master English is not responsible for an external service outside our reasonable control.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and learning tools available and accurate, but maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. We may improve, replace or withdraw free features where reasonably necessary.
